Der "Goliath Rapid und Standard"
Als verbesserte Version des "Blitzkarren" erschien Anfang 1926 der "Goliath Rapid". Da man wegen der hohen Nachfrage hauptsächlich Fahrzeuge produzierte wurde die Firma "Bremer Kühlerfabrik Borgward & Co. G.m.b.H" umbenannt in die "Goliath-Werke Borgward & Co.GmbH".
Der Goliath Rapid hatte bereits einen Anlasser, eine Kupplung, eine Bremse und elektrische Lampen. Die Zuladung betrug 250 kg. Angetrieben wurde er durch einen 200 ccm, 1 Zylinder ILO-Motor mit 4 PS.
Ab 1928 gab es ihn mit 300 kg Zuladung, 250 ccm und 5,5 PS. 1931 erhöhte sich die Zuladung auf 500 kg. Der Kaufpreis betrug für die Pritsche 1100 Reichsmark und für den Kastenwagen 1200 Reichsmark.
Gleichzeitig gab es auch eine stärkere Version den "Goliath Standard". Er hatte 1926 einen 350 ccm, 1 Zylinder ILO-Motor mit 7,5 PS und einer Zuladung von 500 kg.
Ab 1931 gab es dann die Version mit dem 400 ccm, 2 Zylinder ILO-Motor mit 9 PS und einer Zuladung 750 kg. Der Kaupreis der Pritsche betrug 1295 Reichsmark und ab 1931 1600 Reichsmark. Der Kastenwagen kostete 1440 Reichsmark und ab 1931 1750 Reichsmark.
Mitte 1933 wurde die Produktion beider Fahrzeuge eingestellt.
