Der Personenwagen "Goliath GP 700"
Modellreihe 1950 bis Anfang 1952

Im März 1950 erschien der erste Personenwagen, Modell GP 700, nach dem Krieg. Er wurde angetrieben durch einen wassergekühlten 2-Zylinder 2-Takt-Motor mit 688 ccm und 24 PS. Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit betrug 100 km/h.
Der Kaufpreis war 6420 DM.

Für nur 220 DM mehr gab es ab 1951 die unten abgebildete Cabrio-Limousine zu kaufen. Gegen Ende 1951 kam dann noch zusätzlich das Cabriolet für 8085 DM auf den Markt. Modellreihe 1952 bis 1953
 
Diese Modellreihe ist äußerlich sofort an den nun vorhandenen Türausstellfenster zu erkennen. Auch der Kühlergrill wurde optisch verändert. Der Motor leistete nun 25,5 PS bei gleichem Hubraum und es wurde ein vollsynchronisiertes Getriebe verbaut.
Im Januar 1952 kam zusätzlich die Combi- und Geschäftswagen zur Modellpalette dazu.
Ende 1952 wurde die gesamte Modellpalette nochmals erweitert durch den Einbau der Einspritzmotoren. Sie leisteten mit der Bosch-Einspritzanlage ganze 29 PS.

Modellreihe 1953 bis 1955
 
1953 wurde der GP 700 nochmals komplett überarbeitet. Zierlichere Stoßstangen, anspruchvolleres Armaturenbrett und Blinker auf den Kotflügeln sind nur einige offensichtliche Änderungen dieser Modellreihe. Die Produktionskosten konnten gesenkt werden, sodass die Grundversion schon ab 5115 DM erhältlich war.

Modellreihe 1955 bis 1957

Da 1955 der GP 900 erschien, wurde der GP 700 nur noch in der Vergaserversion hergestellt. Äußerlich passte man ihn an dem GP 900 an, indem man ihm ebenfalls aufgesetzte Rückleuchten montierte.

Als im Februar 1957 der GP 1100 auf den Markt kam verabschiedete sich Goliath von dem Zweitakt-Image bei den Personenwagen. Die Produktion des GP 700 und des GP 900 wurde eingestellt.
